Pre-Requisites

At least 6 months’ experience in IT/communications, or service management or similar is recommended.

The Communications Management course goes beyond the Introduction and Advanced courses to provide an in-depth analysis covering aspects of business strategy, the communications business issues, communications management issues and future planning.

Although the course covers a number of technical areas, the emphasis is on strategy, management and business objectives and ensuring that an organisation achieves business benefit.
