Eclipse DQ is a powerful online directory application will enable your organisation to deal with incoming calls in an efficient and professional manner.

Eclipse DQ features character-by-character searching, on any field, with sub one second response and with wildcard characters available. Thirty user definable fields are available in addition to four fixed. These enable you to include, for example, product type, car registration, first aider, job description or anything else relevant to the business. You can hide fields from operators so they are only available to an administrator; this caters for private or ex directory information. The system allows you to define custom searches and make them available to all operators.

The freeform messaging facility enables your operators to have an immediate notification if someone is unavailable due to holidays etc and can advise how the call to that person or extension should be handled. These messages can be set to automatically expire after a certain date or time. The system enables multiple numbers to be allocated to any one user and users can be related in the system so that a secretary or work colleague can be quickly identified.

Everyone in your organisation can be provided with a view of the directory information from their desktop using a standard web browser and user/password authentication. It enables fast searching on any field without degrading operator system performance. The information includes messages and any fields that you or another administrator has enabled users to view.

Up to 4,000 pages of freeform notes are available to provide operators with fast access to useful information such as emergency procedures, staff callout rotas, local medical facilities, useful numbers etc.

Eclipse DQ can cope with any number of entries or operators and can be integrated with Eclipse CMS, providing a single entry point for data. You can install it as a stand-alone system or as part of a multi-user, networked application.
